Rock climbing Mt Kandis

Mt. Kandis is not a massive rock, but it is very fun to climb up the two paths and make your way to the peak where there are incredible views of the surrounding jungle, mountains and ocean. It's a unique area of Bengkulu and a lot of fun to explore!

Itinerary

Drive a little less than an hour from Bengkulu City and arrive at a unique-shaped mountain with two climbing paths to the top. Mt Kandis is not extremely high (only ~40M where we climb), but it is unique in its challenges and a lot of fun. On top of the mountain, there are great views of the surrounding mountains and on a clear day you can even see the Indian Ocean.
