We look after the whole experience from start to finish. You simply show up and leave the planning to us. Your bike and helmet are waiting for you, lunch is pre-booked, we cycle with you and make sure everyone in the group is comfortable with the pace, we share stories and anecdotes that bring the history of the Waterford Greenway to life, we pause on occasion for some light snacks and some mindful 'compass points' to guide us on our way. When we arrive in Dungarvan, we hand back the bikes to our supplier and you have the option of staying on and unwinding over a cuppa or something stronger against the stunning backdrop of the Bay before getting the return bus back to Waterford. Buses leave on the hour so you're free to stay in Dungarvan for as long as you wish. Let us lead you on a magical day out on the Waterford Greenway. You will be glad you did!

Stunning vistas, stillness, mindful moments, light snacks and lunch, not to mention the exhilaration of navigating the old railway line by bike... the Waterford Greenway Cycling Experience is a unique 'time-out' that will live long in the memory. We start out from Ireland's oldest city, Waterford, with our bikes and our helmets ready to make our way down the 46km route to Dungarvan. Our cycle is leisurely, pausing for refreshments, mindful moments, a little history and a few photos along the away. We'll enjoy a wee snack in a converted train carriage 10 km down the line, lunch then in a beautiful qaint pub in Kilmacthomas at the half way point, some refreshments and some craic in O' Mahony's Pub in Durrow before completing the 10km final leg of the journey into Dungarvan. There are so many highlights, it's better to wait and let the magic happen. Our anecdotes and stories bring the remnants of the past to life. You sense you are passing along a path shared by many before us. Voices from a bygone age can be heard as you peddle on by. Whatever your level of fitness, we pace the cycle so that everyone can enjoy the experience. It's not the destination that matters, it's all that happens in between. It takes time to soak in the magic of the Waterford Greenway. Let the journey begin!
