A private and custom designed tour of the Negev focused on exploring the transitions in landscape, geography, history, communities and culture as one travels from Tel Aviv towards Beersheba and beyond into the Southern district of Israel.

Enjoy a private day tour ,departing from Tel Aviv and exploring Beersheba, Sde Boker and Mitzpe Ramon regions. Experience the transitions between the intensively urbanized coastal region when we leave Tel Aviv ,through the regions of cultivated arable fields and the change to desert conditions.This is an introductory orientation tour built to inspire  you and is focused on creating a travel day built jointly by you and your guide.

Your Negev day tour can include a visit to the ancient Biblical city of Tel Sheva or Tel Arad as we explore the Beersheba region history from the days of Abraham to the Ottoman period city of the early twentieth century or the start up modern city of Beersheba with its new Advanced Technology Park and Ben Gurion University. Beersheba also offers a range of museums to visit as well including Abraham's Well International Centre , the  Negev Museum of Art or the Carasso Science Park. 

From Beersheba explore the local Bedouin communities and gain an understanding of their transition from nomadic to settled existence. You will then continue to Ben Gurion's Hut, kibbutz home of Israel's first prime minister or  Ben-Gurion's Grave, the Sde Boker Desert Institute, which is a world center for solar energy and desert agriculture research and can also visit some of the Israeli wineries in the Beersheba region of Israel.

For those with an interest in military history the Anzac Trail of the First World War allied campaign for Beersheba can also be a theme of the tour can follow or can include a visit to the Hatzerim Israel Airforce Museum. Your guide will offer his professional and personal skills to create an unforgettable day in the Negev for you before returning to your accommodation.
