Day 1: 4 PM Intensive Cooking Class

Stop At: Villa Saladini, Via Vittorio Veneto, 45, 50023 Impruneta FI, Italy
Intensive cooking sessions with instruction (in English) and practice with our chef for the preparation of Risotto alla milanese, Gnocchi alla pommarola, Ragù Bolognese, Pollo alle olive verdi, Biscottini di prato, follow lunch or dinner selected wine included
Duration: 5 hours

Meals included:
• Dinner: Bruschette, Lasagna, Tagliatelle alla chitarra, Torta della nonna. Vini: Prosecco e Chianti

Day 2: 4 PM Intensive Cooking class
