Aperitivo is considered the "Italian happy hour" but you'll learn on this tour that it means much more! The word itself means " to open" which works perfectly. After all Italians say l´appetito viene mangiando " appetite comes while come while you eat". Having an aperitivo is a social event so you will learn to take food and and drink imbibing step by step and most importantly eat and drink like you give a damn.

We will be hanging out eating and drinking at historical truffle bar that dates back to 1885, an Italian style tapas restaurant and one of the most trendy aperitivo places on the other side of the arno. Numbers are limited to 10 people to ensure an intimate experience.

Every drink flight will be paired with food, finger snack style (i.e. mini truffle panini)
