We will meet directly at my house. Our cooking class is ONLY CLASS where you will learn some ancient recipes from Puglia.

We will prepare for:

Learn how to make Pugliese perfect pastry

And the famous focaccia from Bari with tomatoes and oregano

We will prepare everything from scratch, always with seasonal organic products, extra virgin olive oil (UNESCO heritage), Parmesan cheese, marzotic ricotta and many more!

Itinerary

- I teach you the real artisan technique to get the typical fresh pasta from Puglia.
- The classic focaccia from Bari with oregano and fresh tomatoes. No kneading machines, just your hands and love!
