An easy bike ride to discover the most important monuments of the Euganean Hills: Castle Catajo, the town of Battaglia Terme, Villa Selvatico, Villa Emo, the Castle of Lispida and the Garden of Valsanzibio. Villa Draghi stands isolated on the slopes of Mount Alto, on top of a hillock to the west of the town of Montegrotto. The structure as it appears today, is an elegant building constructed between 1848 and 1850 by Pietro Scapin.

Castle of Catajo is a patrician rural palace near the town of Battaglia Terme, province of Padua, north-eastern Italy built in 1573. It had its origins in a villa that was rebuilt and extravagantly enlarged in the manner of a feudal castle from 1570 onwards by Marquess Pio Enea I of the Obizzi, a member of an Italian noble family of French origin. The house contains a vast cycle of historical battle scenes frescoed in 1571-1572 by Giambattista Zelotti, a pupil of Paolo Veronese.

The construction of the navigable Battle of the canal in the early 13th century brought to the center of the city the north by means of the Brenta Canal, the canalized Bacchiglione and the Adige.

Called The Lispida Castle, near Latterpine Castle, near to Monselice, used to belong to the St. Augustine monks back in 1150, when documents records the monastery and church dedicated to St. Mary of Ispida; however, it was used as a farm and vines and olives trees were grown there. From the hill in the year 1485, when they were bought by the Counts for the same purpose until 1792 when it was bought by the Counts Corinaldi. The house was built in the middle of the villa, and it was probably the same building that was made out of the farm outhouses by an eclectic façade with an ashlar base, double-lancet windows and neo-gothic arches on the second floor, crowned by continuous crenulations. Under the Corinaldi family wine production was increased and large cellars were installed. The Hunger of the Villa is thanks to King Victor Emmanuel III who made it his general headquarters during the First World War. Towards the end of the 1950s, the complex returned to its original wine making vocation and is now used as a hotel, which has meant that the interiors have been .
