This one day activity offers the chance to live a traditional and genuine Sicilian experience: pastoralism and milking. You will learn the process of making famous ricotta cheese and will taste it fresh made. You will have the chance to taste some pastries made with ricotta, like cannoli, and listen to authentic stories from shepherds. Kids will have the chance to make a sheep rodeo for fun.
