Once every participant will be inside the flat and comfortable we, first of all will greeting and get to know each other and after that I'll make a small overview of what Specialty Coffee means today and how it works world widely. Then we will go through the main different home brewing methods, the Moka, the V60 and the Aeropress, their history and recipes an I will show how to make all of them. Finally each participant will have the chance to try themselves to brew some coffee choosing one of the explained methods.

Itinerary

A COURSE THROUGH THE HISTORY OF COFFEE’S EXTRACTION METHODS
This course will lead through the History of extraction methods and will give tips on how to best extract your coffee at home. The instructor will offer technical practice for workshop participants with tastings of 2 coffees of different origins, and a description of factors that influence the aromatic and taste profile of coffee.
