With the help of a sommelier, you will discover how to taste wine and how to pair it with food; you will discover the characteristics of 3 typical Sardinian vines.

Itinerary

We will have a gourmet aperitif in one of the most elegant and welcoming wineries in the city of Cagliari.

We will taste together 3 glasses of the most representative wines of our territory (eg Cannonau coming from what is called the classic area, Vermentino di Gallura, Carignano del Sulcis), accompanied by excellent cheeses and cold cuts, and excellent bread.

During the aperitif I will be able to tell you the fascinating stories of the wines and the people who produce them, our food and wine traditions and then accompany you in the experience of guided tasting. I will describe the main characteristics of the wines tasted, I will help you recognize scents and scents and give you advice on the combination of food / wine.

The experience will take at least 1 h - 1.5 h of your time.
