In the case of groups of 6 or more people in addition to the visit, it will be possible to live the experience of cheese preparation or participate in a mini cheese tasting course.

Itinerary

We will visit one of the most important dairies in the Cagliari area, recognized for the quality and variety of its products, which allowed it to obtain various prizes and awards at the most important national and international competitions. It is a large modern dairy with ample production space, a large and bright tasting room and a nice boutique for buying their products. Inside it also has a small museum, where we will have the opportunity to see some tools used in the past for the production of cheese. We will see all the production phases of some of the most famous cheeses, we will understand how delicious products are obtained from milk. We will visit the production rooms, hot room, brine, fresh, ricotta, the aging and maturing cells and finally the shipping department. We will conclude the visit with a tasting of some cheeses paired with an excellent glass of wine.
