Tour in a typical Campidanese house of the evocative historical center, we will spend a fascinating day looking for the culinary traditions of Sardinia.

Departing from Chia or Pula, you will visit a typical Campidanese house and live the Sardinian atmosphere. The expert hands of two local ladies will show us how to prepare "Culurgiones" (Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and mint or with ricotta and saffron) according to ancient traditions handed down for generations. Even the guest will participate actively in the creation of the Sardinians and learn how to roll out the fresh pasta and close the ravioli according to the Campidanese and Ogliastra tradition. At the end of the preparation, the ravioli will be cooked and tasted all together on the spot, served with the Sardinian traditional lunch. An original experience immersed in a convivial atmosphere typical of ancient family Sundays.
