Enjoy some of the most beautiful beach coves in Sardinia just outside the coastal town of Chia. Your guide and transportation will take you to explore the most spectacular hidden coves. Experience the beaches with just you and your group.
After you take the free shuttle from your pier to the passenger terminal (1 minute), your guide for the day will meet you at your cruise terminal. You will board your transportation, you will have a beautiful, scenic drive of about 1 hour to the coastal beach town of Chia.

Once arrived in Chia the departure could be from the beach of Sa Colonia or from the beach of Malfatano, depending on the wind forecast.
You will explore on this 4 hour private boat tour the coves and beaches on this amazing guided boat tour, Chia was twice named the most beautiful beach in Italy. The waters of Chia are absolutely pristine and a shimmering, crystal clear, blue color. Dive in and enjoy. Complementing that stunning turquoise water is the peach-colored sand, and scattered among the sand dunes are lush green juniper trees. The colors are really striking.
Heading to the beach is a tradition of the locals and visitors alike. You will clearly see why the coves and beaches in Chia are popular.
Time allowing, you will stop at up to 5 of the prettiest coves or beaches, depending on how much time you spend at each. One of the coves you will visit is Cala Cipolla, from here you can admire the lighthouse of Capo Spartivento. This cove offers one of the best places to snorkel in South Sardinia. Your guide can provide you the snorkel gear or you are welcome to bring your own or just spread out your towel on the sand, kick back, and relax!

Another amazing beach is Malfatano, ideal for families with children due to its calm waters and it offers amazing vistas of Capo Malfatano bay. Tuerredda can be considered as one of the most beautiful beaches in the area and it also offers great snorkeling. You will also make stops Porto Larboi and S'isola Manna.

You will find restroom facilities at some of the beaches (Cala Cipolla, Tuerredda and Malfatano) although some may be rustic. Please see the notes section. You will also find small stands, cafes, and options to purchase lunch, drinks, or snacks. Your guide will gladly assist with suggestions.

This excursion by dinghy (4 hours) to discover the area will start from Malfatano: we will take you to visit all the hidden coves of the protected nature reserve of Capo Spartivento, as well as the military areas of Teulada and Cala Zafferano (if available), which can be visited from June to September. These beaches are reachable only by dinghy. As an alternative, have lunch at the beautiful beach of Malfatano, where the fresh fish comes from the fishermen directly to your table. Your local guide will be keen to make the tour as personal as possible. He will assist you with his expertise and recall interesting anecdotes for you before driving you back to your cruise.

Another amazing cove is Porto Carburo,
it is surrounded by granite rocks that are covered by a very low Mediterranean scrub. The cove is almost always deserted due to its location.

Lovely little cove surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and pink granite rocks, this is an amazing spot for snorkeling.

Stop At: Spiaggia di Tuerredda, Teulada, Sardinia Italy

The deep blue water, the green shrubs and delicate golden colour of the fine sand will make you fall in love with this natural marvel. In a cove between Capo Malfatano and Capo Spartivento, in the territory of Teulada, on the outermost point of the southwestern part of the Island, Tuerredda stretches for over half a kilometre and is quite simply a jewel with scenery resembling that of the Caribbean.
It appears from above with its little island facing it, easy to reach by swimming, in a background often framed by sailing boats at anchor but that look like they are resting on the crystal clear water. The little island, just a few hundred metres from the shore, is a little world all on its own.
Thanks to its shape, the beach is well sheltered from the Mistral, north-westerly wind and its sea is almost always calm and clear, perfect for long swims with a mask and flippers or for doing some snorkelling. The nearby coastline is a mixture of gentle and rugged stretches and there is a series of little beaches, separated by rocky belts.
