Visit the extreme South of Italy and Sicily in this all included guided tour. You will have a unique experience in learning more about the Greek area in Calabria tasting directly food, wine, olive oil and more. You will also have the opportunity to spend one day in Sicily at the very famous winery Barone di Villagrande and in Taormina, one of the most charming cities of Sicily.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival day and transfer to Bianco

Arrival at Agriturismo Donna Beatrice and follow a welcome dinner.

Day 2: Gerace

The biggest town in Calabria with both remains of Medieval time and Greek Colonization.

• Dinner: At night when dinner will be served at Agriturismo Donna Beatrice.

Day 3: Roghudi Vecchio and Bova

Stop At: Roghudi Vecchio, Reggio Calabria Italy
Visit this unique ghost town of Calabria landed on the rocks of Aspromonte and the Valley of River Amendolea.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Bova, Bova, Province of Reggio Calabria, Calabria
Visit one of the most important villages of the Grecanic Area of Calabria with Old Downtown, beautiful noble Buildings and more.
Duration: 2 hours

Day 4: Reggio Calabria

A day in the city for shopping and free time with an Aperitivo time at lunch. In the afternoon we will visit Crisera Winery for a tour and cooking class with dinner inside the Cantina. We will complete the day with a Bergamotto Ice cream at "Gelato da Cesare"

An afternoon inside the winery visiting the cellar and tasting their delicious wine (comparable to Amarone) follow by a dinner and cooking class held by Chef Luciano Schipano and other local chefs..

We will have a gelato experience at the Gelateria Da Cesare, voted best gelato in town.

Day 5: Sicily: Taormina and Messina

We will have a full trou of the vineyard, winery and luch at Barone di Villagrande.

When at Taormina we will top for dinner at Trattoria Don Ciccio for a full experience of Sicilian food.

Day 6: Bagnara Calabra and Tropea

Visit of the oldest tower in South of Italy, a remain of Greek Colonization.

The most popular town in Calabria for the beach and amazing vibes.

Day 7: San Giorgio Morgeto and Airport drop off

On the way to the Airport we will stop for an education and tasting moment at Olearia San Giorgio. The only IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Calabria and Imported by Sarafino Imports.
