The experience includes the preparation of fresh pasta with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat produced by Masseria Atipica, the collection of vegetables and edible herbs present in the vegetable garden and a brief introduction to the typical Pugliese diet.

At the end of the preparation of the pasta and seasonings we will gather at the table to taste the cooked delicacies, combining them with a good glass of wine
