Cooking class and lunch in Parma

I will welcome you in Torrechiara, in my house under the beautiful castle. We will cook together two typical dishes of the Parma tradition: the fried cake and the herb tortelli. While we are cooking we will have time to talk about the city and its surroundings, its typical products, its history and its points of interest. I'll give you everything you need for the cooking class ... you'll just have to get your hands on it!

Once finished the preparation we will have lunch together what we have cooked accompanying it to a delicious local Lambrusco, Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and other typical products of the territory.

Finally, after a dessert and a good Italian coffee, I will leave you a small book of Parma recipes, so you can cook at home for relatives and friends what you've learned together.

In my house with a view of the castle we will cook a typical Parmesan menu and eat it together with wines, cheeses and cold cuts from the area.
