With the chef's advice you will discover the typical and characteristic tastes of traditional Tuscan cuisine, timeless dishes of which you will learn all the secrets.
You will eat what you have cooked yourself with your hands, and we can guarantee that there is no greater satisfaction!

The menu always includes a vegetarian dish. In the case of celiac disease it is possible to identify an ad hoc menu, but it must be shared by all the participants to avoid contamination. It is kindly requested to communicate in advance any food allergies or intolerances

You will get to know the typical cuisine of the region's culinary tradition, which contains all the charm of the old Tuscan farmhouses. The cooking lessons will be dedicated to the typical local tradition: homemade pasta, roasts, seasonal vegetables, focaccia and traditional desserts.

At the end of the preparation there will be nothing left but to enjoy your dishes in the dining room!
