This tour will make you live a true tuscan cooking experience in the heart of Chianti.

It will take you to the kitchen of a biodynamic winery, using products from its own garden near the famous town of San Gimignano.

Before starting to cook, we will visit the farm’s wine cellar, where you will recived a complete explanation of how they make their biodynamic wines.

The chef will guide you in preparing a complete and delicious tuscan meal,while learning the techniques of making home pasta, sauces and much more.

Our focus in this course is to teach you how to make authentic, fresh Italian pasta, heart and soul of traditional Italian cuisine, in different shapes and sizes during this hands-on pasta making cooking class with our friendly English-speaking chef.

This course focuses on some well-known and well-loved recipes within the Tuscan repertoire.
