Cooking courses

To prepare our dishes you can learn too. On request and by reservation, we organize individual, couple or group cooking workshops for up to 40 people.

Cooking is a fun activity that creates complicity and forms a group. By participating in our courses everyone can learn to prepare a series of genuine goodness to surprise guests at the table with traditional dishes.

We all work together in the kitchen of Cascina Maddalena, preparing the necessary ingredients and collecting the seasonal vegetables directly from the garden, mixing and following step by step the indications of Raffaella and Elisa.
The course starts at 10.00 am please arrive at 9.45 am, we recommend comfortable clothing.
Each participant will have at his disposal a grebiule and the lack of recipes in English
