A cooking class is the best way to feel like a real Italian! If you really want to enjoy a true local experience you have to cook and eat in a real Roman house! Come and share your amazing cooking day with Ale and Sab at their place where you will learn how to make good Italian pasta, some appetizers and a typical Italian dessert. We will spend a lovely day together in a very casual and relaxing atmosphere enjoying preparing pasta and typical italian food and some good local wine!

Castel Gandolfo is an attractive medieval town, located within the Regional Park of the Roman Castles and famous for being the summer residence of the Pope. Sitting on a height on the Alban Hills and overlooking Lake Albano, Castel Gandolfo is considered one of Italy's most scenic towns. Popes still own a beautiful palace in town where they usually come in the summer time to rest and to enjoy the quite atmosphere of the place. We will explore the town for some food shopping and we will a stunning view of the lake. Then we will drive through the area to enjoy a sightseeing tour of the countryside and finally we will go home to start our cooking class where you will be given the unique opportunity to experience the fun and satisfaction in making your own pasta … sauce, tiramisu, focaccia and some more specialties of local cuisine
