Croatia extended private Adriatic tour with Venice Slovenia and Montenegro

This 10 day tour starts in Venice and ends in Dubrovnik, both medival maritime republics, both top tourist destinations. Dubrovnik with over 1 million visitors per year...and Venice over 20 milion visitors per year. And on that journey you will visit other top destinations in Slovenia, Croatia and Montenegro. It will be a tough call to decide which was the better architect, man or nature as you will visit the regions most visited National Parks and nature attractions, and the most beautiful Adriatic cities...and almost all of them are UNESCO World Heritage sites which will remain in your memory forever.

DAY 1, VENICE

Arrival to Venice airport where your guide will meet&greet you. Transfer to 4* hotel.

DAY 2, VENICE–BLED; B

A guided walking tour in Venice from St Mark's Square to the Rialto area to admire the city and take part in the magic and liveliness of Venice. Later in the afternoon we depart towards Bled in Slovenia.

DAY 3, BLED–VINTGAR GEORGE; B

We’ll to discover the natural beauty of Lake Bled. We will visit the medieval castle with a magnificent view of the lake and take a row boat ride to the lovely island in the middle of the lake. Only 4 kilometers from Lake Bled, it’s an easy drive over the mountain to get to Vintgar Gorge for a cooling nature walk through some amazing scenery.

DAY  4, BLED–POSTOJNA–PULA; B

Postojna cave is a fantastic web of tunnels, passages, galleries and halls, the astonishing diversity of karst features. Explore the world's most captivating cave with magnificent cave formations and diverse fauna. Take an unforgettable ride on Postojna Cave's underground train and experience a fascinating subterranean paradise shaped by tiny droplets over millions of years. In the afternoon we depart towards Pula (Croatia).

DAY  5, PULA–PLITVICE; B

City tour of Pula, where we can see the remains of ancient Roman times, the early Christianity, the times of Venice, Napoleon, Austria and Italy written in the city walls. In the afternoon we'll depart to Plitvice.

DAY  6, PLITVICE–ZADAR; B

Guided tour of Plitvice Lakes, the most beautiful and most visited National Park in Croatia, enlisted as UNESCO World Natural Heritage. In the afternoon we depart to Zadar, a city also enlisted as UNESCO World Heritage.

DAY 7, ZADAR–KORNATI–SPLIT; B

After breakfast we will depart on an boat excursion to *Kornati Islands National Park. Once back to mainland we depart to Split.

DAY  8, SPLIT–DUBROVNIK; B

Guided tour of the 1700 years old city Split, originated from a Roman imperial palace- enlisted as UNESCO World Heritage and a ‘living museum’. We continue to Dubrovnik. In the evening we'll visit the city walls and the main city square Stradun. Most of the attractions situated in Dubrovnik are to be found in the old city area that was listed as UNESCO World Heritage.

DAY 9, DUBROVNIK–MONTENEGRO–DUBROVNIK; B

After admiring the magnificent Bay of Kotor, we continue our tour over the slopes of Mt. Lovcen to reach the highest mausoleum in the world - where the greatest Montenegrin ruler and poet Petar II Petrovic Njegos rests in peace.

DAY 10, DEPARTURE FROM DUBROVNIK/SPLIT/ZAGREB; B

After breakfast we'll transfer you to the airport. Return flight towards home.
