The gastronomic side of Turin is as rich as the architectural one, offering to its visitors, for start, its original drink called the aperitivo. Afterwards, you can enjoy its various delicacies, among which is the white truffle, served with pasta (the local tajarin) or risotto, and the bagna càuda, a kind of fondue with a hot dip made of anchovies, garlic, and olive oil.
