Day at the farm visit with cooking class and lunch (transfer included)
After about an hour by car to reach the farm in the heart of the Apulian countryside, we begin the day with a visit to the ancient manor which today houses a multifunctional farm (restaurant, resort, oil mill, animal breeding and production).
We learn to know and use the different types of wheat and cereals, grinding and kneading: how to get the flour and how to use it.
Each participant will prepare their own focaccia, to be seasoned with ingredients gathered together from the garden, and will produce typical formats of wheat semolina pasta: Orecchiette, Cavatelli and Laganari.
At the end, tasting of the prepared dishes.
The tour includes:
- Cooking class, lunch / dinner with appetizers (prepared focaccia + 3 other courses; 2 tastings of pasta made during the lesson; dessert; water and wine)
- Aperitif before lunch or dinner
- Private transport from your hotel to the masseria
