Itinerary

Fratte Rosa has been the cradle of terracotta for centuries and still today the production of popular ceramics, continues, through the activity of the workshops, custodians of a heritage of craftsmanship dedicated to the "archaic forms" born in the Middle Ages to cook and preserve food.

Discover the history of our shapes and terracotta processing, visiting our workshops immersed in a unique landscape, which you can admire between one stage and another: Giovanna's "Bottega dei cocci", Giacomo's and Daniele's workshop .

Through the lathe work, the craftsman will allow you to shape the clay on the wheel like the ancients did, color it with the colors of the earth and bake it in the oven.

After immersing in the glaze, you can choose how to decorate it.

We will end the day with our delicacies, which we will offer you in a pleasant aperitif.
