Accompanied by your guide you will shop and taste products before reaching a stunning cooking school to start hands on preparing seasonal bruschetta, two pasta dishes with their sauce and a dessert before relaxing and dining with your new friends. This small group class of maximum 12 participants is packed with hands on activity. Learn about local wine and master the art of pasta making!

Pass By: The Food Studio - Day Classes, Via d'Ardiglione 39r, 50124, Florence Italy

We meet in Piazza Santo Spirito by the fountain at 9:30am or 4:30pm depending if your class is in the morning or the afternoon. After a quick intro we will buy products at our local vegetable stall and bread shop before visiting an amazing cheese and ham shop where will also get to try something. After our 30 minute tour we will enter the stunning Florence Food Studio cooking school where we will prepare the dough for the pasta. While the dough rests we will enter the kitchen to prepare the sauces for the pasta as well as the bruschetta and a dessert. Now we will have a well deserved break on our unique herb garden roof terrace with some prosecco and products from our tour. Back to the pasta room to master all the secrets of pasta making before relaxing and dining with everything you prepared accompanied by local red wine.
