Dolomiti Ski Tour Sellaronda from Cortina d'Ampezzo

The ski tour of the four Dolomite Passes around the Sella Massif is one of the most spectacular in the world. The tour can be done easily in one day, without removing your skis and passing through the four Ladin valleys: Val Gardena, Alta Badia, Val di Fassa and Arabba.

We will reach Corvara with a boarderline’s shuttle. From Corvara we are able to enter Sella Ronda directly. We go up to Gardena and take the Dantercepies run down to Wolkenstein in Gardena Valley. In the middle of the village we enter the gondola up to the Ciampinoi peak. A small side-trip brings us on the Col Rodella. Here we have a view down to the valley of Fassa, we then go down-hill to the Lupo Bianco hut, a nice place to take a break.

The gondola gets you in the main ski area of Canazei. Then you're off on an 8km (4.5 mi) long run, to Arabba. Soon it gets really steep; beginners can take a less steep passing route that runs beside this. Then a lift brings will bring you back to Corvara and Colfosco and after a short and wide run and with the next chairlift you reach a bear hut. From here there is a great view and in the background, you can see the Marmolada. Then the tour goes on with the next run to the lift station short behind the Campologno pass. A chairlift takes you up to the Crep de Munt on the direct run to Corvara.
