The ENOSAFARI is much more than the traditional visit to the Cellar. We can see every aspect of production up close and understand all the secrets of Sagrantino di Montefalco.

The program includes:

company presentation and immediately by jeep for the tour of the vineyards surrounding the company (20-30min).

walk through the barrels of our family-run winery (20-30min)

tasting of 5 WINE paired with Umbrian productions (1h00min):

Montefalco DOC Grechetto and Rosato IGT Umbria are accompanied by a selection of fresh and aged cheeses, while typical Umbrian cured meats are paired with our Montefalco DOC Rosso and Sagrantino DOCG, the protagonist of the tasting.

It closes with the meditation wine par excellence: Sagrantino DOC Passito with the inevitable Tozzetti di Carolina
