Meet Peter, the chef will share his approach to the Mediterranean cuisine; one of simplicity but also of traditional recipes that he grew up with throughout his childhood.
A matching wine component is also fundamental to this experience. Peter's extensive wine cellar comprises a vast number of wineries that cover the entire Italian peninsula. Each dish that is assembled will be paired with a different wine. You will experience wine varietals that, for the large part, are unknown to the rest of the world, as your chef's wines are from small boutique family-run wineries from across the country that cover regional as well as local production.
