Family Tuscan Cooking Class

Join a 3-hour Tuscan cooking class with wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting and tour of the family's vineyard and olive grove. Enjoy lunch or dinner in the farm's family kitchen eating what you have prepared at the end of the class. This is a wonderful opportunity to explore the simple but tasty flavors of traditional Tuscan food which families regularly enjoy in this region. Morning or afternoon start time is available.

Start the experience with a tour of our vineyard and olive grove. After you will be accompanied in our family kitchen and start the cooking lesson learning how to make the Torta Margherita, a typical and traditional Tuscan cake or the Wine & Evo Oil Biscuit.
After you will learn how to make the toppings for three different kinds of Bruschetta and a fresh kind of homemade pasta ( Pici or Gnocchi) with its sauce.
