Our itinerary begins with a visit to a famous cheese factory, in the heart of “Valsassina” a Lombard valley, renowned for the production of cheeses and other specialities such as mushrooms, polenta and cold cuts.
Get ready for an interesting visit and a delicious tasting session!
From the mountains of Valsassina we will move to the heart of the city of Lecco, for a guided tasting in a historic wine shop.
To end the tour in the best way, we move to the lake, where you will eat the dish that is the symbol of Lake Como: risotto with perch fish.

Our itinerary begins with a visit to a famous cheese factory, in the heart of “Valsassina” a Lombard valley, renowned for the production of cheeses and other specialities.
Accompanied by a master cheesemaker you will discover the processes of cheese production and maturing.
After the visit, in a suggestive cheese diary, enjoy a tasting session of the best cheeses served with jams, cold cuts, polenta and croutons and wine or craft beers.
