Our Acetaia is located in an 18th century villa, surrounded by a wonderful Italian garden. We are producers of high-quality balsamic vinegar, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia PDO and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI: visit Il Borgo del balsamico means entering into the history of our family, breathing the quality and excellence of a centuries-old tradition.

We will let you taste three refinements of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio DOP and three refinements of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, which rest in the centenarian barrels of our vinegar factory.

We will guide you to discover our ancient acetaia and the traditional balsamic vinegar Reggio Emilia DOP and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI, which you can taste at the end of the visit
