Ice Cream Experience
The purpose of this experience is to propose the knowledge of authentic Italian homemade ice cream. The ice cream shop is 100% natural, uses 25% less sugar than other artisan gelato shops, maintaining a very high quality product. The workshop will be followed by a professional chef for the duration of the course.
Itinerary
Travelers will be able to enter a real Italian artisan gelato laboratory where they will be followed all the time by our Chef, who will describe equipment, raw materials and ingredients in the laboratory. They will have the opportunity to learn in the field to distinguish a homemade ice cream from a pre-made one with semi-finished industrial products and various dyes. At the end of the lesson they will distinguish between ice cream, sorbet, Vegan ice cream and hypoglycemic ice cream.
All this by observing the preparation of the Chef and directly tasting some flavors.
