For the last 10 years we’ve been reaching for new flavours and experieces at our restaurant, Vecchio Mulino Beach, located few step away from Garda Lake.

Vecchio Mulino Lab, a 200 square meters open space kitchen, fully equiped with the latest tecnologies on the market, born to be “an amusement park for curious chefs “, is open from 2017, and since 2018 we opened our doors for different Cooking Workshops.

During this 4 hour "Cook n' Eat Workshop": Learn how to make different kinds of bruschetta. 

3 kinds of fresh colourfull pasta from scratch! Spinach ravioli filled with ricotta cheese, tagliatelle & pappardelle. Prepare meat bolognese, how to personalize cheeses and other different sauces. How to present the plates to your guests like a real chef. Our classic Italian dessert: Tiramisu and it’s variations. Once the meal is done, sit down and indulge in this amazing meal, complemented with some nice Italian local wine.
