Lamparata

La Lamparata - Fishing and dinner included: La Lamparata - This is an ancient fishing technique for blue fish,
that we want to make you live again with us, fishermen of the Cooperative Cilento Mare. In the first phase, constituted
from fishing, the lamparata, at dusk it lights up a powerful light on a goiter and with the light generated attracts the fish,
while a larger boat, called cianciola, is waiting for the signal from the lumista (the sailor who is
located on the lamparata). When the signal is received, the cianciola starts to set the seine net and then closes below it
it the fish, using cables, then you start to pull the net and as the circle tightens up to
get to the death chamber, where the fish are hoisted on board and then taken to a kissed beach
from the moon. Here you will find other sailors ready to serve you the menu: spaghetti tuna, olives and capers, frying
of fish caught, wine, water and final watermelon.
