A unique experience to see a real Bolognese sfoglina at work. A member of our staff will welcome tourists to the meeting point and will accompany them to the private home of the sfoglina in the historic center of Bologna where they can see it at work preparing the dough and pasta in a real Bolognese show cooking. At the end of the demonstration the customers will be able to taste an excellent lunch prepared on the spot by the sfoglina, The lunch includes a typical Bolognese appetizer with cold cuts and crescenza, a first course freshly prepared and sweet.
