Make traditional handmade pasta from the scratch with a local chef

It's not a demonstration, it's a real hands-on class of 3 or more hours where you will make and understand all the steps, guided by my 15-years experience in teaching.
Handmade pasta is made using only the rolling pin (never talk with me about machines!) and it a real art, maybe not immediate but challenging and you will be really proud of your work.

Starting from eggs and flour, I will teach you how to make typical handmade pasta (choosing among different shapes) and traditional dishes too.
In a flour volcano we will add the eggs and mix everything. Then we will learn how to use the rolling pin and we will produce our pasta, which will be our lunch.
At the end of this cooking class, you will be able to make handmade pasta at home, also thanks to the recipes I will provide you.
The classes are for very small groups, so everyone can try hands-on.
We will work in a 500ft2 kitchen in a real warm Italian home.
On request, before the class we can have a market tour to learn everything about local typical products and make good shopping.
