Enjoy our 3 hour food and walking tour to discover the main highlights of Rome like Navona square, the Pantheon, Trevi fountain and taste some of the most famous Italian and Roman dishes. A chef will cook in front of you the pasta recipe that you will choose from the manu and 5 minutes later a plate of fresh made pasta, steaming, will be ready to delight your palate

The tour will start in Campo de Fiori, inside one of the oldest food markets in Rome. Your guide will drop you along the stalls to show you local  products and giving suggestions in case you want to make and Italian meal on your own. It's here that you will start to taste the Italian specialties, beginning with sample of different quality olive oil and spreadd creams for a typical bruschetta.

Then a salami appetizer will wait for you in a famous "norcineria" founded in 1890. There you will find a mix of different kind of salami, made by the owner following the traditional art of cold cuts from Umbria. 

Between the different stops, your professional, local guide, will lead through the most famous highlights of Rome, like Navona square, the Pantheon and much more. At the end you you will have discovered lots of hidden gems that you could have not found and catch on your own.

For lunch time you will be in a "Pastabar" where you can choose between the best known recipes of Roman tradition between Amatriciana, Cacio e Pepe, Carbonara and more. Choose the one that tickles your palate more and the chef will make it in front of you!

You cannot miss two of the "most wanted" Italian desserts: gelato and tiramisu. The next stop will be in a "gelateria", where you can taste different flavours  in the long list, before to experience a very fresh, genuine Italian gelato!

The tour will ends up at Trevi fountain where your guide will point out all the details of this enchanting monument. For the gran finale, a tasty tiramisu  is what you need to complete this incredible food and walking tour experience. Don't forget to throw the coin into the fountain, to make sure you will come back to Rome!
