We will continue our gourmet experience visiting one of the best producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia. Here, we will discover the secrets beyond this unique and sophisticated product. At the end of our journey we will have a tasting of both products in their different ages, appreciating their characteristics, aromas and flavors.
