Pasta Lovers Cooking Class

Pasta is one of the most important Italian tradition, and every Italian region has its own traditional pasta.

During this cooking class, you will learn how to cook Pici, Tagliatelle, and Gnocchi as well as the sauces for them.

The lesson will end up with a lunch or dinner where you will enjoy a typical Tuscan Meal that will include the 3 kinds of pasta you cooked, a selection of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses, Cantucci and Vinsanto as dessert. While eating a member of our family will take care of you and will present you all our organic production of wine and extra virgin olive oil (flavored and natural).

During this cooking class, guests will learn how to cook Pici, Tagliatelle, and Gnocchi as well as the sauces for them. Guests will end up with a lunch or dinner where they will enjoy the 3 kinds of pasta they cooked, and a dessert, the tasting of at least 4/5 of our wines – including our Vernaccia di San Gimignano DOCG and our Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG – and all our e.v.o. oils, flavored and natural.
