Frying spaghetti (fried omelette-pasta), potato croquettes (potatoes' suppli), rice balls (fried rice balls), buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes skewer, panino napoletano (baked sandwhich filled with Neapolitan salami and cheese), seasonal raw vegetables and fruits. Dessert will be the traditional pastry sfogliatella (crunchy) or frolla (soft), made with ricotta cheese.
