The class takes place right above the market where the cooking lab is. No matter what your level of skill in the kitchen, you will have the help of a private chef during the entire process.

Once your hands-on experience is finished, enjoy our cozy restaurant or the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor, no clean up necessary. Our pizza and wine tasting starts with mini tour through the lively Trionfale Food Market, right behind the Vatican, during which you will taste the different nuances of pizzas, from the unique and ancient fried pizza to the Roman thin crust! All accompanied by the first two elegant Roman wine.

The class takes place right above the market where the cooking lab is. Learn to prepare - starting from flour and water - an authentic Italian pizza cooked in a wood oven.

You have a single station to work from which includes a wood board, an apron, and a rolling pin.

Once your hands-on class is finished, sit down in our cozy restaurant or the outdoor terrace to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Pair your pizza with the third glass of wine.
