Thanks to the guidance of an experienced Chef, this experience is a journey to the basic techniques of the Italian tradition of wood-fired pizza, ice cream and sorbet.

During the lesson a pizza and two flavors of ice cream / sorbet will be prepared.

The whole experience takes about 3 hours.

The possible flavors of ice cream are:

Vanilla,

Chocolate,

Stracciatella,

Cream,

Pistachio

At the end of the lesson there will be a tasting of what has been prepared, along with water, Tuscan wine and the recipes of the lesson.
