Pugliese cooking course
With our local chef, our guests will not only learn how to prepare 5 typical dishes of the region, using fresh ingredients and all locally produced, but also know the traditional way of life of the inhabitants of the area. Get ready to live a relaxed, fun experience and be part of a great Pugliese family.
We want to share with our guests the passion, tradition and secrets of pugliese cuisine. In your luggage back home, you will not only carry the memory of a wonderful holiday but also the knowledge in the preparation of typical dishes of the region and become a hobby or business ambassador for the Pugliese food.
Our pugliese base cooking course, understand the preparation of 2 types of fresh pasta, pasta sauce with meat, eggplant parmesan or croquettes and a delicious dessert.
The experience will end all sitting at the table, tasting all the dishes that together we prepare plus some entries that our chef will prepare.
The menu can be customized or adapted to vegetarians, vegans or allergies

• 5 different types of tickets - Selection of cheeses (ripened and fresh) and local sausages, focaccia, brusquetas, zucchini flowers filled with ricotta, vegetables.
• Pasta with eggplant sauce and parmesan - We will serve the prepared dishes: Fresh pasta with simmered tomato sauce along with the meat rolls and eggplant parmesan.
