Podere Ema was born from the desire to combine the over twenty years of experience gained in managing the cellar of an important Tuscan Company and the will to share to a wider market, the result of years of passion and love for wine. Podere Ema, aims to create great wines using only Tuscan native grapes, which enhance the concept of "Pure Tuscany". This is the mood which origins "Fogliatonda" wine, produced from grapes 100% Fogliatonda.

Itinerary

A wine tasting at Podere Ema is a full experience: a few steps away from the village of Grassina you suddenly find yourself immersed in the calm and stunning beauty of our vineyard; starting from here we will guide you to discover the secrets of winemaking, from the grape to the wine in your glass. Winemaking is an art, it’s our passion and we love sharing it.

You'll be able to choose among 2 options:

Standard wine tasting: Guided tour of the winery starting from the Vineyard, where you can walk and wander; then we enter the cellar to discover the winemaking process and we continue having a special wine tasting of our labels ( at the table): I’Rosato ( April to September) Rosso Ema, Nocchino and Fogliatonda.

Wine tasting & light lunch: Tasting of our labels and a big platter of cold cuts and cheeses.
