The aim of our cooking classes is to improve your cooking skills while at the same time enhancing your knowledge of our traditional, genuine cuisine.

You will cook in a professional kitchen of a real cooking school.

Under the friendly guidance of a professional Chef you will enjoy the opportunity to learn the secrets and tips handed down through generations of passionate grandmas, all seasoned with fun and a good pinch of smiles and human warmth.

Welcome at so cook!, my cooking school, where you can live a fantastic learning experience, cooking, tasting and having fun. It’s time to put on the apron and start cooking!
Our cooking classes are based on the respect of genuine and real family recipes handed down through generations. Our classes take you through the whole cooking process. A state-of-the-art professional kitchen is the setting for the lessons and allows you a truly hands-on experience, so that you will be able to recreate perfectly the dishes when you return home.
The class menu will include one of the 4 famous Roman pasta dishes and some other typical Italian style pasta dishes, proposed among the following: Cacio e pepe, Carbonara, Amatriciana, Gricia, Chilli and garlic, Ragu sauce, Pesto sauce, Fresh tomato and basil.
Upon request, we can also prepare Fresh pasta, Risotto, Gnocchi, Traditional soups.
We will do our best to satisfy the class needs.
Our cooking classes highlight the use of seasonal ingredients. During the lesson, you will eat the fruit of your labour and enjoy food paired with a tasting of local wines. You will go home with recipes from the lesson along with the school custom apron.

• TRADITIONAL HOME-MADE PASTA + SAUCE COOKED FROM SCRATCH - Traditional fresh shaped pasta (cavatelli, trofie etc.) or fresh fettuccine with traditional sauces cooked from scratch by any participant
• TRADITIONAL ROMAN-STYLE AND ITALIAN DRY PASTA RECIPE COOKED FROM SCRATCH - Savory, creamy pasta with guanciale, pecorino or other typical fresh sauces cooked from scratch by any participant.
