The Venetian Bread
The tradition of cooking will be held in the kitchen of a renowned restaurant in the center of Montagnana. The restaurant chef will hold the course.
The guest will learn how to make different types of traditional bread.
The restaurant is part of the oldest bakery in Montagnana, with over 90 years of history.
The guest will not learn how to make bread but also desserts and typical products of the Venetian tradition such as Zaleti (sweets made with yellow flour), Fugassa (a mix of fresh polenta, apples and raisins), Schisoto (first bread that dates back to the early '900 handed down by 4 generations within the family, is stuffed with Prosciutto Crudo Veneto).
We will prepare everything from scratch with flour, eggs, oil ..
In addition, the chef will teach you how to prepare a typical local dessert.
