Tour Iblei

Itinerant tour to know the heart of the Iblei mountains for very small groups. The first stop of our tour is on the top of the Avola’s, on the south slope of the canyon Cava Grande del Cassibile; we stop to enjoy the view over the canyon. 

Along isolated roads through unique natural landscapes we reach Palazzolo Acreide.

We stop to visit this beautiful town. We continue to Ferla and then we reach Pantalica, with the biggest necropolis of the bronze age in Europe.

Enjoy an itinerant circular tour to know the heart of the Iblei mountains. We come to pick you up from your hotel at 8.45 am with minibus. The first stop of our tour is on the top of the Avola’s, on the south slope of the canyon Cava Grande del Cassibile; we stop to enjoy the view over the canyon.  After leaving the canyon, along

 isolated roads through unique natural landscapes, we reach Palazzolo Acreide.

We stop for a walk in this beautiful town, (as we aren't tourist but hiking guides, we just can accompany you). In Palazzolo you'll be enjoy the pastries of one the best cafes of Sicily. We continue to Ferla and then we reach the mysterious Pantalica site, with the biggest necropolis of the bronze age in Europe, inscribed on UNESCO's World Heritage List. After visiting Pantalica with guide, we leave to get back to Siracusa at your hotel. The arrival is expected at about 16 pm.
