An exciting visit to discover the ancient Sardinian tradition of cheesemaking. Through this tour you will be involved in one of the most important cheese factories of the island: Argiolas Formaggi.

For over 60 years, the company has produced sheep and goat's cheeses, focusing on technological innovation, attention to research, respect for tradition and commitment to environmental sustainability.

During the visit, we will show you the different production steps and the places where the Pecorino Sardo rest to ripening; so you will find in the cheeses the scents of the pastures of our territory. A guided tour through the rooms where the cheeses come to life.

After the tour, we will entretiening you with a glass of wine and a tasting of the most famous traditional cheeses in order to feel the soul of Sardinia
