Traditional Roman Cooking Class

Known by locals as the “heart of Rome”, Trastevere is undoubtedly the city’s most colorful and charming neighborhood, where you can feel the authentic soul of Rome.

During our three and a half hour cooking class, our local experts will teach you how to prepare a variety of classic Roman dishes. You will also learn special tricks used only by true Roman chefs.

After the cooking class is complete, you will indulge in all of the delicious food that you worked hard to prepare in the authentic tradition, paired with a few additional dishes prepared by us.

Learn to make an entire authentic roman meal, including homemade gnocchi (one of
Roma’s most important pasta dishes) and saltimbocca ( one of Roma’s most important
main courses). Learn also how to prepare Roma’s in season vegetables and side dishes.
Finally, you will make everyone’s favorite dessert, the tiramisu.
