Truffle Journey

I'm descendant of four truffle hunters generations, since the late 1800's.
I was very young when I started to work with truffles and, in 1988 I opened my first small artisan workshop.
Since I was young I believed in a dream and worked hard to make it come true:runs the path of tradition, always accompained by the desire to experience.
I offer this "journey" in the world of truffles, to anyone who wants to discover the magical world of truffle hunting, with its flavors and its smells.

Itinerary

With this experience, helped by our faithful dog, we give guests the opportunity to learn about the mystery, the uniqueness of the truffle world, from a privileged point of view, accompanying them through a journey to discover the truffle.
We will go in the woods, near our company where we will show guests briefly how truffles are sought, in the company of our dog, truffle and guide.
At the end of this journey our guests will have a truffle-based tasting.
